Jesters, clowns, and jokers are made of woven paper with prints on canvas of my past artworks involving characters who are much like our society today. Weaving puts together disparate images and colors to form new meanings much like collage. But in my work, it gives the sense of reuniting the past and present and unusual colors and textures for a new poetic displacement.
